Review Of Super Townhouse Oak Hadapsar

The rooms which we stayed in were good, but they charged us extra for water bottle for which my friend and I both of Us Pe like we paid double for a single bottle

I had a very terrible experience at Hotel Super Townhouse Oak, Hadapsar, Pune, which I had booked for 6 days. On the first day, even though I had already informed the hotel about my late arrival, I was given a room that was not clean. After requesting, I managed to get the room changed. The next morning at 5:00 AM, when I went to the washroom, I found that: • There was no shower 🚿, • The bathtub shower was not working, • Even the commode water jet was not functional. Somehow, I adjusted and reported these issues at the reception around 8:00 AM. I also informed them that I would be back by 6:00 PM and expected the problems to be resolved by then. However, when I returned at 6:30 PM, I was disappointed to find that nothing had been fixed. When I tried to speak with the hotel management, they very rudely told me that the hotel was under construction, and they could not do anything. They said I had to adjust with the issues. When I asked for a refund, they refused and instead told me to check out. Finally, I raised a complaint with MakeMyTrip, after which I received a refund for 4 days of my booking.

not organised hotel. please don't visit. AC not working , no tv recharge , very small and compact room. no food options available neither Hot water. wasted Money, due to late night was not having an option to change. Don't even think to Book this property.

Near to highway best staff there and very clean property banket was good quality and also washroom is clean

The rooms were filled with the smell of cigars when we entered. The beds had visible stains, and water was leaking from the ceiling throughout the night. The bathroom was unclean and lacked proper facilities. The staff seemed indifferent and unbothered by our concerns. Overall, a disappointing experience.

No food service

Stayed here alone and felt totally safe. Clean surroundings and no noise at night. Slept peacefully.

The hotel was good, room is specious, but room service is must, no breckfast given instead of mentioned in booking voucher. No tea satchet and tea maker available. Need to update at the time of booking.

Location- good and accessible to pune-solapur road, so easy to commute. Amenities- o key o key - lag maintenance for toilet fittings. Insufficient illumination service- o key okey, need to remind for cleaning
