No daily room cleaning and no proper breakfast. Always delay in breakfast serving. In breakfast only provide 1 option poha/samosa/upma/idli. Breakfast not providing fresh and hot. Tea is not good. Need improve in breakfast and room cleaning.

Not good stay atall. I had booked through mmt, mmt confirmed my booking, still the hotel people denied first that i have no booking in my name, as i more insist they told hotel already sold out. How is this possible? after so much wait and argument i waited for 3 hrs. My check in time was 12pm, i got my room 3pm. Very unpleasant environment. The staffs are very bad, highly unprofessional, uncooperative. As i observed they are doing same things to all guests.

rooms are ok but overall property is shady and shabby. staff is no doubt too rude and having attitude as if we are staying for free and they are doing us a favor. while booking i paid for breakfast, but it was not included they said, after having an argument with them they gave me a packet of poha.

worst experience ever - avoid this hotel i recently stayed at this hotel, and it was the worst experience i’ve ever had. the bathroom was filthy, and the taps didn’t work properly. to make matters worse, there was no running hot water, and they provided it manually in a bucket – very inconvenient and unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. the so-called "breakfast" was just a plate of poha served in the room, which is far from the advertised offerings. the stay wasn’t worth . i strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. don’t waste your money or ruin your trip!

rooms didn't have lock, lift not working. we checked in at the hotel at 1.30 p.m and gave the keys in the hotel itself and told we will come back with the luggage in evening..in evening we went again they said there was no checkin and there is no room so they kept waiting us till 1am night.
