Nice and pleasant stay. Rooms are good and well maintained. Easy access since it is right next to the main road. Also have restaurant which serves good food (price is on higher side though)

The rooms were good and the food was nice. Car parking has only 2 spots, so they need to improve that. Hot water availability is limited. Not all rooms were equipped with water heaters. There is no complimentary breakfast available even though the booking shows complimentary breakfast. You can order by paying an extra amount. Overall the property is clean and rooms are comfortable.

The hotel doesn't give breakfast even after i have paid for breakfast on the application. Rooms are not clean.

Helpless Hotel Staff and Worst Experience

The experience was disappointing from the start. On the first day, the toilet garbage hadn’t been cleaned, and I found dirty diapers, cigarette boxes, and ashes, creating an unpleasant smell. The room was extremely humid, and without AC, it became unbearable. Service was frustratingly slow—after four repeated calls, it took two hours just to get a water bottle. We were informed that outside food wasn’t allowed, so we had to order from their restaurant. The food was terrible—basic items like bread were toasted so hard that no one could eat it, and the meal caused stomach issues the next day, requiring medication. I ordered warm milk for breakfast, which they inexplicably charged ₹99 for. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, it wasn’t provided, and our complaint was ignored. The staff offered no assistance, and the hotel’s location on the outskirts, combined with their unreasonable rules, only made matters worse. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
