Had a lovely time here. Room was well kept and functional. Staff was polite and answered questions throughout my visit.

The friendly staff made my solo experience welcoming from the moment I arrived until I checked out, always greeting me with genuine warmth and helpfulness.

Nothing was provide , no towel , no water , no soap, tv remote without batteries, door lock without batteries so my stay was one day so I didn’t leave room because there was no lock. Rooms paint are shredded, bed sheet are with stains, taps are broken. Felt like somebody given me a bed only to sleep in per night amount.

I felt safe in the neighborhood too. The area around the hotel was well lit and felt secure for walking alone.

The stay was okayish just the thing is see bro I expect it to be luxurious as per the price! It should have a mini fridge in each room. They should get some white wash done now its diwali atleast then its bare minimum bro come on!!!! The rooms are fine just make sure you keep a fridge in room and also the walls should be proper otherwise don't expect me there at all!! I am telling you this for the first and last time. You might miss a loyal customer

Could leave room later than usual time. Luggage storage was free and secure. Staff gave good directions to train station.

Ac was not working properly and water not coming properly in washroom and we asked for something was not available

Room were in worst condition, and even though I paid for breakfast, they never served me any breakfast.

We booked Classic room (with breakfast) for 2 nights. We were not provided breakfast as they said the Kitchen is closed as it was some third party tie-up. Rooms were not clean, Basic amenities were not provided. Balcony was there but too dirty, seem they never opened the door for balcony.

if prize, and care taker demand extra money and told me my property is premium. it's charge is 2000 rs. No water bottle, no towel, ac not working properly, dirty washroom. my experience note good. Reception staff told me next time I will not accept.
