a room is dirty and electricity problem washroom dirty and washroom door is breakup. we are three person ROM book but only two bed available and one mattress

Not a single cook is there, breakfast is not provided in this hotel even though we have included the breakfast while booking. The staffs are not cooperative...very poor customer service , washroom is so dirty. Towels,Bed sheets, blankets were so dirty.

My partner and I noticed quality in every interaction. Staff reflects strong leadership and training.

No complaints from anyone in our family which is rare. The hotel made our vacation smooth and enjoyable for all ages.

As per the hotel name mentioned in no where mention oyo rooms, but it was oyo rooms very pathetic conditions for room and washrooms, beds are broken smelling everywhere. I have paid in advance but not stayed in the hotel.

Good person and talked well with customer

Rooms are not that good even room service also not good at all they have manu card for ordering food but doesn’t have food to serve not happy with their service and extra changes

Firstly, our booking of 2 deluxe room was accepted. Then at the time of check in they just gave us 1 room which also has attached room. But washroom is common. Secondly, attached room did not have any electricity for full day, on complaining about same - hotel staff was very rude about it. Thirdly, no one sits at reception. Then we booked deluxe room with free breakfast - we only got breakfast for 1 day in 2 days booking and that too got charged by the hotel. Their phone doesn't work. All n all pathetic services given i will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel located at very centre of the city so one can easily go to nearby places. Hotel staff is very supportive! food was also good quality and tasty!

I guess i should be happy i got a room for a thousand bucks in the heart of the city. Nothing else is to be grateful of. This has to be the worst hotel stay in my life. The staff doesn't care about anything. Again, if you want to stay in the heart of the city at a lower rate, go for it. That's the only good thing about it.

They don't know hospitality at all.
