No water initially they hand over In the washroom tap is broken room no 202 Breakfast is also not so good As per price no way this hotel is matching any kind

Bathroom require improvement. Except morning breakfast,other times no canteen facilities even coffee/ tea. Staff are very good and curtious.

There was very smell in the wash room and bucket mug was very dirty. Don’t feel like touching them. The moment you open wash room, room also become smelly.

Strategically located to many malls, jewellery stores and CM's camp office - all within walking distance. Room is neat, towels changed on daily basis. Bottled Drinking water was provided only on Day -1 but not any other remaining 5 days of my stay. Breakfast was okay, the restaurant's female staff is unkempt. she even opened a jam bottle seal with her mouth. breakfast was served in shabby laminated paper plates, about which they should have thought twice, when they boasted about being a premium hotel. Some days there were no water glasses, so you have to drink from common water bottles, or from my own bottle. Coffee is not served. Only tea. All in all, the dining place was low grade. I would rather order breakfast from a nearby restaurant or walk down to it. The reception staff and attendants were polite and helpful. The biggest plus for this hotel is its location, for which one might wish to ignoe the above inconveniences and live with them.

The rooms were clean. The mattress was broken. it doesn't have an in-house restaurant. the staff is helpful

They made us wait even when we were way past our checking time. They also had cockroaches in their rooms. Toilets were unhygienic with water blocking. The beds were also too uncomfortable. Food quality was not good. Staff was unaware about all guests like bookings and payments.

My stay was good i came with my family my parents also felt very good with the room they provided it was so clean and hygenic my checkin process also done very fast staff was polite and helpfull breakfast was good totally we recommend this hotel to our fellow members

Property at a good location. Clean room, washroom and premises. Silent environment. Very friendly and co-operative staff. It was a good stay. Highly recommended. Will definitely book at the same hotel during my next time.
