It was terrible. They have given the room without a key and when we were out they used and filled the room with cigarette smoke. No room service.

They charged me 300 extra, that i have recipt, very unhygienic room and ac is not working only indoor unit is throughing air, they have switch of compresson outdoor unit outside and that was off, overall very bad to bad experiance and those people are coming directly then they provide then good room with working ac. Pols look into this matter otherwise mint reputation going down day by day. Thanks

Ac not working and after complain no body came for repair, no cleanliness

I'm saying in hindi so everyone get it to. bhai log agar tumhe paas koi option nhi bacha ho tb b booking mt krna, inke dallle tmse extra charge krenge.

We went there for 2 days but we did not feel right staying there even for 1 day, so we came back in 1 day

Worst hotel with payment issue. I pay through mm t but receptionist says this is half payment then i say refund my payment but he didn't.

This hotel was pathetic. Upon checkin They took extra charges (300 Rs) and refused to give the bill also. They said that we have only oyo booking only. Room was not cleaned, bed sheets were dirty and they denied to give the room key as well saying that you can keep the room open! The hotel staff was very rude. I would never suggest any person to book this hotel. Also I request to remove this hotel from the list.

Staff didnt accept Digital ID Proof, Very Bad behaviour of Reception staff... The rooms are very poor.. Not Safe for Family.

They misbehave due booking, they don't provide room key, for online booking customer they provide that room which have some issueshave some more issues.

They show less price charge extra when you reach the hotel. The hotel is not worth what you pay. The rooms stink like cigarette smoke. Cleanliness is terrible .

Wash room was terrible. Not cleaned properly. Room was not bad. Ac was working. Best thing is they’re allowing swiggy, zomato orders inside.

Overall it was average . The Manager was asking for extra money as we reached the hotel 45mins before the scheduled check in time, though I have called the manager regarding early check in the day before our arrival. That time he didn't tell us about any extra charges but when we reached the hotel he asked for extra 300- Rs. After arguement he granted us to check in. The room was not cleaned, washroom was smelling bad. The lift was not working

The hotel management was rude during check in, and demanded for extra pay at the property, had to contact customer care of mmt, and then we had to wait at-least an hour for our check in, we were so exhausted, and told them that give us the check in, provided with the ticket and documents, there were untidy rooms, bathroom was smelly, no amenities were working, and had to call them again and again for the ac, towel, and soap. They later on asked to book directly to them rather than mmt, i booked 3 rooms, for 9 people, and my experience has been the worst. No parking space, the complete property was a mess, got to see cockroaches, and ants, on table and side of bed. I request mm t to look into this property and take strict actions as it's their reputation at stake.
