I recently stayed at surpur bagh and had an absolutely fantastic experience! the staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my entire stay, and the personalized service at the restaurant, every encounter with the staff was a delight. The stay was comfortable and rooms were beautiful. Their restuarant kokum was also good. But the only drawback was of management. At check out we were aked to pay for food and beverages and no bill was provided for the same. We were just asked to pay a random amount which the guard told us. This is not expected of a luxury property. Nice property but average management. Not providinh a bill was a mood spoiler.

Property is amazing but behaviour of reception staff was not appropriate specially behaviour of a lady on reception was rude
