Property is clean n safe. House with 5 rooms. Caretaker there who takes care of things. Tea-food etc u need to arrange from outside.

Everything about this property is excellent except the wifi which never seems to be working. In the month of december when i stayed for 10 days it wasn't working and this time around as well it didn't work. Why are the owners reluctant to provide wifi to their guests?
Everything about the property is great but the wifi never seems to be working. When i stayed in the month of december for 10 days it wasn't working and this time around also it wasn't working. Wonder why the owners can't fix such a simple issue.

Imagine staying in a hotel in manali in the month of january and you're told that there is no provision for hot water for taking bath. Everything else about the hotel is fantastic though - how much would you rate the hotel? something similar happened to me in this property - there was no wifi for all the 10 days that i stayed here which really is unforgivable. How can you deny the customer the most basic requirement and that too for 10 full days? when i spoke to someone in the karma hospitality office in panaji on the telephone i was told that i would be given a jio dongle and i waited for it for 4 days and when i didn't get it i didn't pursue it further since my vodafone connection was adequately fulfilling my needs. The property, location, service is all great. Before booking call up and make sure the wifi connection and other non-negotiable amenities are available.

Well behaved staff, location was same as shown. Good rooms, for low budget rooms a best in Goa, provided by 24* 7 hot water. Cleanliness at its best. Decorated rooms including towels also. Breakfast was best which was free. Very well guidance from staff members. Overall those who like to stay in Panchim go for this. From my side 5 stars.

We had gone for a single overnight stay. Could get to the hotel via Google maps. The location near the beach and the homely experience during the stay was good. Would certainly consider going back if in North Goa area. Good value for money for both short and long stays.
