Poor Stay
No car parking available, guest have to park 100mtr away from hotel and take own luggage from there .. at this cost a very good hotels are available with better amenities

let’s make Suryansh the greatest place
I like the property and check-in almost every two months. Some basics are solid. Location is fabulous. The hotel staff are outstanding. Some observations: a) the hot water seems to a local geyser in the bathroom and runs very thin while bathing. b) you charge for almost everything i.e i broke a water bottle and I was charged, i ordered for tandoor roti and I was served tawa and when I informed the kitchen sent me tandoor roti but charged for both c) provide iron and board in the room, it is a basic requirement for business hotel and hardly cost anything d) the laundry ironing is POOR, you find the creases even after ironing e) track your loyal customer and offer a surprise e.g. upgrade, once in a while. f) your hotel does not empower their staff, they look to be robots just following SOPs. It does not work in hospitality industry e) you do not have an ANGEL on the floor - who connects to the customer - all are order- takers

The reception area and some of the food items needs to be improved. Bhindi/ Lady finger was half cooked and the receptionist needs to be more polite and full of courtesy.

Good Property with value
The property is located in posh area and it well maintained... The rooms are spacious and the cleaning is top notch.... The best view is from the front side of the main road... The swimming pool couldn't be accessible because of maintenance.... The foods were all good... They had odia cuisine too and the best was the continental foods... Finger locking good.... The problem which I had was they didn't offer mineral water complimentary but local water... At that price of the room they should give mineral water and there service was good. The second disadvantage is that they serve liquor at bar for 30 percent off on selected items but in room service they couldn't give discount. The main road is a attraction. The buffet breakfast is also good with enough fish and chicken items and loads of other food. One should visit them. The place also offers banquet facilities.The pool was non operational
