It was a great stay at this hotel. I didn’t take their food service, room was ready before my check in, both room and washroom was clean & i found everything hygienic. They served amenity and drinking water. I recommend this hotel.

Nice to live there and very clean, the area is really good and clean, it’s not very expensive and easy to afford in an area like salt lake Kolkata, I will recommend this to other friends, so if you are looking for nice and clean in good area I would say go for it

I have stayed for two days. Value for money. Before coming to this hotel, I had visit some hotels for looking rooms but I feel very bad unsafe atmosphere. Here I feel very comfortable and awesome service with friendliness. The person who are serviced me is an owner family person, but I never feel like they are owner because they are very much friendly and gave more idea about roaming the places to visit and explaining the culture of the kolkatta. I have ordered my food in their own inside hotel only. The food is awesome and it doesn't taste like an hotel, it taste same like an home made feel. You can try food once inside and Outside then you can feel the difference of the taste. My experience roaming high cost hotels better living simply with high value. If I get a chance to visit Kolkata surely I will choose this hotel only. Hope this review is helpful for you. Have a good stay and Enjoy Kolkatta.

Sushama guest house is a very good place for stay where you can relax yourself with your partner. Facilities in sushama guest house is good. I stay over there above 10 times. I I really like that place.

It's always great staying here for me when ever I visited Kolkata in past and for the upcoming future I will opt this only option because they are more like family, beyond that corporate customer - owner relation. Perfect ambiance, great hospitality. I just love everyone there each and everyone are so close as they know me very well. Thank you all for treating me as a family when I was away from my family.

Location is very calm, perfect for people who don’t like crowds. They maintained hygiene properly, i found room & washroom clean. It is beside east-west corridor metro, so you can reach upto sector v or sealdah easily.

Compared with the price it is really good air conditioner room. Initially I was a bit skeptical with the reviews but it turned out to be really good. The hotel staff is really helpful. Great stay.

Room is OK as per price is concerned. Major plus point is the location .. Just walking distance from City Center .. Negative point is that you will not get any food after sometime .. They will provide you food from otherplace ... Telephone was also not working and they were able to rectify this ...

Rooms are good for stay, very comfortable with very good facilities, rooms are very spacious actually they are couple rooms but one can also enjoy singled. Location is very good near around 5 min walk-able distance from city center 1, overall very good to stay.

Checked in late, although the rooms were ready. The rooms were clean. Bathrooms are clean. Had a great stay. Value for money. The location of the hotel is good. The service was also good. Overall had a nice experience.

A good value for money. Stayed here for 2 days and it's highlight is it's location. Not many choices of food available, but you can walk to the city centre or nearby restaurants for good food. The rooms are small yet sufficient for 2 people, cleanliness is not an issue. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a affordable room in Salt lake city then it is an option to consider.

I was at the hotel for 5 nights room are clean and location is outstanding not on the main road but just 1 minutes walking distance to bidhannagar college and city centre is 10 minutes away from the hotel. In cases of holiday you can enjoy the evening also at the c. Food is also very good.
