I booked this hotel through MMT, but my experience was very disappointing. When I reached the hotel, the staff refused to provide early check-in just because I booked online. Surprisingly, many customers who came after me and booked offline were given rooms immediately. When I asked the reason, the staff said I could get an early check-in only if I paid  extra.
I had to wait for more than 5 hours before getting my room. Even after check-in, basic amenities were missing – there were no towels in the room. When I asked for towels, they said to wait as they didn’t have any available at that moment. It took another 2 hours before I finally got them.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and biased towards offline customers. Not recommended for online bookers.
