"after booking a stay at swastic guest house, i reached there within an hour. However, upon arrival, no one was present on the property. Despite our attempts to knock on the door, there was no response. In a last effort, we tried to contact the property owner using the provided phone number, but unfortunately, no one picked up. Frustrated, we informed mm t customer support to cancel the booking and proceed with a refund. They also attempted to contact the hotel without success. Mm t support informed us that a refund would be processed after approval from their team, and i am still awaiting the refund"
