Hotel was so excellent but receptionist was so miss behaving and rude and he was trying to show extra ordinary attitude but he was so unprofessional, hotel rating will go zero star due to his behaviour

Well located next to highway. Huge open are, large and well maintained swimming pool. Diamond and platinum rooms are good and spacious. Staff is caring. A bit professionalism is missing. You have to remind them to refill toiletries, hot water etc

Ambiance of hotel is good but not properly maintained, few basic amenities are missing like kids play area, phone was not working, staff behaviour was good. Extra matress was also not good and quality of pillow was not at all good. Stay was not worth what i have spent. But for night stay it can be preferred

Hotel swiss trafalgar is good hotel in ambienceand food quality is also good. It is spacious hotel and rooms are also spacious. Rooms are little cozy and service is poor. Tv and telephone was not working properly. I suggest hotel but need improvement in services

Hotel is spacious. Dont go for a la cart e meal. Staff is not equipped for the same. Hotel is usually used for weddings and functions. Hence a la cart e is difficult for them to handle. Hotel & staff is not geared for 5 start service. Rooms are big. Hardly any channels working on tv. Bathroom fixtures are s called and non functional. Very limited toiletries. Better carry your own.
