fabulous location, nice decor, good food, very hospitable service ……. only that some interiors need repair….. badly squeaking wooden floors, falling bed side lamps, some non-functional power points…… barring these it was a pleasant stay overall.

Very good stay. Staff were cooperative. Room service was excellent. Swimming pool had good temp control. Swimming pool staff was cooperative. Highly recommended for family stay. Tea factory tour was beyond imagination

Taj is an extremely beautiful property, their hospitality was super awesome. Few things which we really liked that they did charge for any food and milk that i ordered for my toddler from the restaurant menu, they said they don’t charge anything for kids. Secondly as it was raining on our stay day they had arrangements everywhere for cab and umbrellas so that there guests can move around easily

It was a wonderful stay at taj chi a kutir. Valley view rooms are the best ones. Local food is a must try here. Multiple decks at the property give amazing views of the mountains. Walk to makaibari tea gardens was refreshing. Will visit soon again

Welcome and hospitality were to the point. Excellent rooms and services. Food was top notch with a wide variety of options available. The tea factory visit and the tea garden visits were also great.

Check in and checkout was very smooth even though there were problems with the card machine declining my transaction. Room was extremely spacious with a splendid view. Food was mouth watering with a variety of cuisines. I tried the swimming pool and spa. The swimming pool was extremely clean and heated which was suitable for the chilly weather. The spa experience was very calming and the therapist knew my pressure points. Only drawback was that an employee knocked on my door while the do not disturb light was on. Otherwise, best stay ever.

We travel-led the hills with an eight year old and choosing the taj was an absolute delight! from a warm welcome and taj’s signature hospitality, to the mesmerising valleys of kurseong and the delicious meals all made our stay very cherished! the personal care and warmth extended by the staff is impeccable.

Best place to end the vacation. Supper relaxing and amazing property, food was lip smacking and chef n restaurant staff really took care of our jain food requirements special mention for chef mukesh for his services n taking care of all the requirements on my husband’s bday. Further special mention for bhaskar ji for helping out with all the logistics concerns and arranging room decor e for my husband’s bday

Taj chi a is another gem property from taj. Located just an hour from bagdogra international airport. Property is situated in makibari tea gardens. It had excellent views of tea garden, mountains and valley at same time. Service as usual was at taj’s standard and makes you want to stay forever. Food quality and taste was top notch. Rooms are huge and done very tastefully with use of wood. Lot of amenities like temperature controlled swimming pool, children area, tea factory visit, evening tea and snacks, play room, tea tasting, daily live music at dinner etc. Highly recommend for people who love luxury.
