I recently stayed at this Taj City Centre, Gurugram and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The standout feature was definitely the pool area. It was beautifully maintained, with clean water and comfortable lounging chairs, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The ambiance around the pool was serene, and it was a great place to spend a sunny afternoon. However, I did notice a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, there was no designated play area for kids. This was a bit of a letdown, especially for families traveling with young children who need a space to play and burn off some energy. Adding a play area would definitely enhance the experience for families. As for the food, it was decent but not exceptional. The menu offered a variety of options, but the taste and presentation were just average. While it was satisfactory, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. I believe there’s room for improvement in the culinary department to make the dining experience more memorable. In summary, the Taj City Centre, Gurugram offers a pleasant stay with a fantastic pool area, but it could benefit from adding a play area for kids and enhancing the quality of the food. Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my time there and would consider staying again.

Clean room but with little issues. Was not able to use tv or safe. Shower water would come out of shower area to main bathroom. I never asked for room change as it would have been a hassle for me to pack and move. All the staff is usually very attentive and nice to you at taj.

taj has never disappointed me...always upto the expectations...loved the stay and services. my kid is also fond of taj Taj City Centre, Gurugrams due to the kids menu...he likes orderiing for in room dining. spa was a tranquile and gave us time to relax

Great hospitality! everything was perfect. We were there for a celebration and the management took care everything perfectly. The food is delicious and the stay was amazing. Definitely coming back here.
