The stay was excellent and specifically i would like to mention about three people, aditya and anamika in the reception and subhankar in the shamiana restaurant they were just amazing. And really helped us excellently throughout our stay.

Our stay at taj city centre was very comfortable. The location, the ambience, the hospitality, the food and the service everything is excellent. We had invited few guests for breakfast at shamiana restaurant. We had good time with our family members.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at taj city centre kolkata. The 2 nights were memorable with friendly and helpful staffs. All our needs were met with great pleasure. Breakfast spread was excellent and satisfying. Our half day tour were arranged perfectly to our taste. Shopping was also very convenient and was just next door. Overall we were greatly satisfied and will recommend this hotel for sure.

Great ambience, comfortable and spacious rooms excellent food, lunch buffet and, complimentary breakfast beyond my expectations, serving staff very polite and prompt. The housekeeping staff available in the floor to serve u. My room in the club lounge floor, the staff in the lounge very courteous, hardworking and efficient, enjoyed the hi tea and late, evening snacks. The lounge atmosphere very good. Not to forget the front desk team, the best. Thank them for an early check in and, warm welcome.

The title of this review could seem cheesy, but that's exactly how my experience was. Right from the hotel entrance, where you are greeted by security personnel or the valet, or the hotel staff, everyone is great. The room was immaculate, to the point we cleaned the room ourselves before checking out 😂. Looking forward to many more visits.

This is one of the best 5 star property in kolkata considering the price range. Staff are very polite and more over they have renovate the hotel (it was earlier swiss hotel) so everything feels brand new. Breakfast was ok ( variety can be more.
