Great rooms and service, it was my dads birthday and the staff was extra warm and hospitable they organised a cake n a special dinner for him too. Quality of food and room was bet high n the vibes were very positive

Excellent location & breathtaking view from each room. The staff n service is icing on the entire trip. Had gone with my 6months infant n the staff made sure of easy early chk-in and the chef along with their subordinate made sure of carefully preparing baby food as per instructions that too complimentary. Taj properties really upgrade the experience with their hospitality and beautiful stays. Vivanta - dal lake view is the undoubtedly the best scenic view property in entire srinagar.

Our stay vivanta dal view, srinagar was very good. The property is very beautifully located. As usual the staff community is very well trained. Mr. Haris and mr. Ishfaq both were very helpful and courteous.

Staff was awesome specially mr z aid duty manager rest of the lady staff the really took care of my wife as she fell down on our trip to gulmarg and the lady staff right way provided us with pain killer spay
