It was a wonderful experience of such a nice hospitality by all staff members be it room service or the lobby team. Special mention for pawan and lavkush who did a wonderful decoration on my wife’s birthday the main purpose of my visit. Last but not the least noor e taj show conducted by subrat was something worth remembering and have shared with many of my friends and relatives. The show the songs in between it was all awesome. Thanks again for the amazing stay.

From the room you can see the taj, all the cuisines are made by top chefs. Amenities are a+ catagory. Services are on point without any lag or delay.

Staff was really cordial. Helped us with early check in and took care of our special request for baby cot as well. Complimentary breakfast was lavish and room was amazing. Could have provided welcome drinks, and the pool on terrace should be temperature controlled.

It was a perfect, comfortable and quite entertaining stay. The grandeur of taj along with the warmth of the staff at taj made my family’s holiday a memorable one. The evening show hosted by mr subrata bhattacharya was very entertaining and informative about history of tajmahal.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the taj convention centre, agra, for two nights with family, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was impeccable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade from the deluxe to the taj club rooms, which were spacious, beautifully maintained, and recently renovated, making our stay even more comfortable. The standout feature of our visit was the exceptional service and courtesy of the staff. Special thanks to mr. Subrata bhattacharya, who gave an engaging presentation on the history of the taj mahal. His humor kept the kids entertained, and his singing was a delightful touch for the adults. Additionally, the dining experience at palate restaurant was exceptional. Chef pravin and ashish went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even crafting special dishes outside the buffet menu to cater to our preferences. Overall, our stay at the taj convention centre was luxurious and filled with warm, personalized hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting agra!
