The taj towers and the sea facing room was the best of the location for stay as we could see the sunrise and gateway of india in one line of sight. The room was well equipped. The wash is moderately smaller than required and could have been added with more hooks / hangers etc as there where no place to keep clothes or towels. The buffet breakfast at shamyan restaurant was one of the best buffet breakup have ever had as it had many varieties and options were different both days i stayed! so a 5+ rating for the breakfast! best service and very hospitable staff who genuinely took care of the guests. Finally the chinese restaurant was also 5+ rating as the food was very very tasty and great service! i and my family loved staying at taj towers and now tick off it from our bucket list !

It was my second stay. Before booking i contact mr avinash (relation manger )and he promised me that he will take care of my stay. And i am thankful l to him that he upgraded my room category to apollo suit room and remain in touch with me during full stay. I got one hand written messege card from general manger for thanking mee and asking me about my stay, which was fantastic feeling. I had lunch at golden dragon chinese restaurent which was fantastic. Breakfast was so so not upto mark. Thanks again gm and mr avinash to make me feel ' taj hospitality. Coz taj is tata and tata is india.

It was a bucket list item which finally came to reality, we had a chance to stay at taj mahal palace, mumbai and it was an experience of a lifetime! the heritage of this property is filled with memories in every corner. We are particularly grateful for the amazing view from our room!

We booked the stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The property is of-course a landmark but it was the staff who made this a truly unforgettable experience. Mr avinash sherawat, rm, made the hi tea @ sea lounge complimentary for us. The staff even took care to seat us at window with legendary view. Later when we stepped out for dinner, they decorated our room and kept luscious cake! the room itself was absolutely well furnished, comfortable and had most amazing views of gateway of india right in front of our balcony. Mr adil gave us tour of the heritage property and it was so humbling and proud feeling at the same time, to hear the stories of the founders, makers as well as guests, which the hotel has witnessed.

Property is excellent there is no better location then taj mahal in mumbai food and amenities are great but the best part of taj is their staff and the way they take care of you during your stay.

Fantastic overall experience. From the beautiful rooms to mind blowing hospitality, this stay at taj has been my finest experience so far. Upon receiving a small birthday celebration request, they not only arranged the cake and balloons but also upgraded the apollo sea view room to a suite. The rooms overlook arabian sea and gateway of india. All the staffs are very courteous, helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread is sumptuous and very tasty.
