It was great to stay at taj santacruz, the staff was very humble and polite. We have got full amenities actually it was more than what we can expect to five star hotel. For me, if i will come to mumbai i will undoubtedly stay at taj santacruz hotel. I have no bad experience with the staff or food or for stay at taj santacruz hotel.
