I stayed in taj wellington mews on 23rd june. The experience is awesome. Right from the reception till the checkout, their quality of hospitality justifies the taj brand. I must commend the taj's staff for their outstanding hospitality. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff members were attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to assist the guests truly exemplified exceptional customer service. Special thanks for accommodating a few requests and free upgradation of room. I was thoroughly impressed by the spaciousness of the room. It was elegantly designed, offering ample space to relax and unwind after a long day of work. The kitchenette and other amenities are good. The food quality was exceptional. The only minor suggestion is on the menu for lunch and dinner - it could have options to choose from. Also to keep some cutlery to use in our kitchenette. In conclusion, my stay at taj wellington mews met all my expectations. Once again, i would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai staff for their dedication to providing an outstanding guest experience. I look forward to returning to taj in the future.

Being right next to the tide l park at the very beginning of omr the Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai is just few mins away from the airport, a quick drive to the beach and shopping areas in adyar. The Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai has a luxury apartment feel and is excellent for small families with children too. The colorful kids room next to them pool can make it easy for young mothers. Overall the staff are courteous and helpful, the room with kitchenette impeccable and food choices adequate. The heavy traffic noise and the metro noise does creep in through the balcony. My recommendation is to go for a west facing room or take a room without a balcony to avoid the noise. Higher floors maybe better. Couriers and documents do get delivered, however it is signed by the token office and not the concierge. If you intend staying long for business and expect visitors, there are plenty of meeting places.

I would highly recommend this place is the best to stay in chennai. Taj wellington seems to be a new property, this Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai is run by 85% female staff. The size of the room was big! it's a studio apartment kind. The room has very clean and superb pantry, mini bar, walk-in closet, luxurious bed, hygienic bath room and large balcony facing chennai city and sea. Breakfast spread was good and had continental and india cuisines, i recommend to add more chicken items into breakfast, there was only one chicken curry (tat too very sweetish kind. Amenities is excellent - pool, gym, play station, indoor game area and kids play area. Last thing has to be mentioned and important is staff. One of the best staff i would say. Right from front office, executive chef (bharathi, security head everyone where best to help the guests. Location of the Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai is also good.

The staff were able to handle our manifold small requests. Travel-ling with a baby was made easier with so many doting staff babysitting the little one. Our baby was bribed with soft toys and much petting. Somehow tata has managed to train all the staff to be both dignified and at same time hospitable. This i found across all departments in the Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai. The banquet manager was able to spot an empty tea cup ready for refill and a glance towards the dosa counter in an instant and serve us. The spread was more limited than the vivanta on omr but the dining ambience was better. I used the coffee lounge for several back to back meetings and the space was big enough to have private discussions without disturbing other guests. From car parking to apartment style rooms, i would choose this place any day any time. Thank you taj

The manner in which they communicate with the guests, their attention to detail and inner urge to ensure each guest is treated well is something i have not experienced anywhere else. Rajeshwari in particular was very helpful, and kind and took special care to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfection. Every Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai can have great amenities, fancy equipment and luxurious products. It was one of the most pleasant Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai stays i have ever had in my life, right from the start to the end. We were warmly welcomed by daksh and tiyasa at reception. Everything was excellent like the room service, hospitality and food too. My daughter lost her four rings which were taken care of by mr waseem. Also there was superstar amir khan staying staying on the same floor and with the great help of mr. Anuj sinha we were able to get a selfie with the actor. It was an experience of a lifetime. Would totally recommend this Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai to everyone who want to just relax and enjoy as anything else is taken care by the Taj Wellington Mews, Chennai staff itslef.

The room was nice, spot clean. The staffs were just wonderful. And the food was amazing as well. Will definitely stay again here for sure.

Taj wellington mews chennai is a must try property. Starting gbfrom the reception- ms rajeswari men-on (guest relations) + saista khan-um (executive housekeeper) always helpful, polite and available. Rooms are perfect to stay with family + solo + business travel. 5 star rating.
