It’s really painful to stay out there very smelly rooms are bad.No Internet no TV service

great property and great scarcity of staffs(max 5 people were there) service is very poor though they managed to do their work but according to the cost quite disappointing...no wifi, no tv (though we asked them for tv connection but unable to do so but they tried) , no jacuzzi and the children park is completely damaged (can't even walk ) food quality is very good but again due to less staff preparation is very late. There was a monitor Lizard in our bathroom so you can guess how the room cleaner works. but yes the people were very sweet and helpful.. they tried their best but for 5 people handling such a big property is problematic.

The stay was very awful. Very frequent power cuts, very dirty rooms, no toiletries, dirty bedrolls and linens, no intercom, under maintained rooms. The experience was so bad that we had to leave the resort the day before our scheduled check-out day.

Good for short stay. Food , it takes time. You can visit taptapani hotspring just by walking 100 meters . The structure of stay is quite great.

The location of the resort is good. The stay was also comfortable. The log houses, the cottages, the dining space , the conference hall are all enthusiastically designed and built. But there was visible evidence for lack of maintenance of the utilities , surroundings and profound underutilisation of available facilities. This condition of the present status might be due to lack of interest to upkeep the property and poor publicity. A lot more needs to be done for optimum returns for the investment and making it one of the best tourist destination centre. Food was very good in quality . Service providers were courteous and decent. We appreciated their services. The hot springs should be removed from the clutches of the commercial and religious sentiments, and make hygienic, clean bathing spaces for public

location of hotel is too good, but apparently the management lacks in maintaining it. needs more efforts in keeping rooms in good condition, washrooms upto standards, linen spreadout on beds should be clean, doors need repairs and food preparation is not upto standard. thorough streamline is required for meeting 3 star category. thanks 🙏.

Room location is good. But it is not maintained. Phone not working. Manager not picking up mobile. Breakfast included have no options.

Extremely bad experience, please don't waste your money here. No service, room extension not working, unclean room with dead insects, stained bedsheet and blanket, dirty washroom, food served cold and after 1 hr of requested time inspite of an old lady with me who needed to take medicine and the list just goes on. Food was not good. Too salty. No much option for breakfast. Not worth to add breakfast and dinner with room. Service was ok. Rooms were clean

Overpriced. Also we are charged for breakfast whereas breakfast was complimentary for all. Intercom and geyser were not working properly. Faced lot of problems.

The hotel is excellent located in a very scenic place. The temple and park is walking distance. Overall excellent stay.

The stay was pleasant. Beautiful property with lush green surroundings. Hilly with tall trees just like any resort out of the movies. There is a playarea for the kids and the log house we stayed in was cozy. Room was spotless clean. The country chicken and pups add to the experience. Few suggestions: service can be a little faster. The coffee served in room was cold. Tea bags coffee and kettle can be provided in the room like other such properties. Few more amenities like gym, pool and spa can be added

Best place for the silence lovers. If you want to stay away from crowd and noise come here. Rooms are well maintained and food is of good quality though limited variety a well maintained place.

The location of resort is perfectly placed near the hills of taptapani. Overall ambience & service is very good.

Only lacuna was unavailable wi-fi services as mentioned in the resort listing. The place is serene, food is awesome, with limited choices. You can go visit zirang monastery, khasada falls.

Every thing is good. Good service, cooperative staff, food quality is ok.

The stay was comfortable. Property was good, but needs proper management. The location was lovely, climate was also very nice. Food was great, but very limited dishes.

I have a very bad experience staying there. Basic things like bedsheets, pillow covers not washed properly. Most of the things are not maintained.

Wash rooms are needs to be modified and there is no mobile connectivity so resort should provide wife connectivity for their guests. Nice property
