Average Stay
The property is good but no maintenance..activity room was so messed up with broken balls n almost all games incomplete..pool n spa area was so dirty and no one was there to help us...geyser in our bathroom had open wires which could lead to an accident while taking a shower..breakfast was average in taste..this property needs proper maintenance that would make it a very good stay option!!!

Good Stay
Location was quite off and food was Ok. Staff service was good and the room service was also Ok. Reception Lady was little stiffy to talk, Rest all was fine

Terrible Stay
Overall the worst experience room in bad shape with broken toilet seat and geyser nobody to look after you whole resort was filthy with stinky smell from room reception area was very hot with no place to sit no water The provided room was not even worth 2000 rs. Worst experience of my life

Good Stay
Location is excellent, food is good , close to small trek to Kaali ka Tibba temple, manager Mr Kaushik was responsive n helpful, Shubham at the front desk is good n so is the staff. Overall good experience at the price we stayed. Some improvement areas like cleanliness but that too was taken care. Food was good, location is excellent as have always liked the pine trees n it’s close vicinity to the temple. Apart from cleanliness which surely is an improvement area, rest is fine. Swimming pool too was dirty n should have been maintained.

service issue
Service is very slow , Food is to costly with less of varieties and property is not well maintained.

Too bad rooms, too bad food, cleanliness zero, taking time in check in, don't know about MMT bookings, the place is good only for taking photos, rest everything is horrible about tarika And kindly remove it from your best hotels list because I come to know that this place is going to be closed soon thats why they are not at all interested in guests' stay

Food was good, staff is nice and very cooperating but majorly we booked it for pool but after several requests also the pool was not in a condition to be used.. they didn’t do anything about it.. also the spa , they didn’t had any one to take care of spa thing and activity center wasn’t in a condition to be used! There was so much dust on TT table and pool table Already shared on link

Horrible experience
Khan e ke lye room service nahi hai, room me dryer nahi tha, tv working not properly. Horrible experience. Suggest to please don’t go this resort.
