Terrible Stay
At the time of entry, the front desk staff was quite rude, which left a negative first impression. The room tariff felt very high compared to the actual room size. The corridor had an unpleasant odor, and the room itself was smoky. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the television provided was only a small 24-inch LCD. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. Overall, the experience did not match the expected standard for the price charged.

Average Stay
The property feels very old and poorly maintained. Furniture is in bad condition, and both the rooms and washrooms were dirty, giving an overall unhygienic impression. Definitely needs renovation and better upkeep.

Hot water is not 24x7, we need to inform. reception. Inside Dinning bills have to be paid it is not added to final bill. Breakfast varieties very less. Staff found always busy in their personal gossips in restaurant.

bad hotel don’t book ever
The Hotel was really bad in spite of the brand. Sarovar portico being recognise world over for services and quality, but as I was a female solo traveller with my young son entered the hotel premises. It did not seem like anything good or great as the Sarovar brand is ,the rooms were very dingy, shady and smelly. It felt like it was not cleaned and many many many months and when I complained about this, they did offered me a room change, but most of the rooms had this smell issue, so I have to order the scented candles from Blinkit to make it a little be bearable for the night and the only thing that I like about them is, they allowed me to have late check out which was an appreciable conduct by them. Apart from that as a brand, this hotel fails, the expectations rooms are dirty. Toilets are dirty and I have taken some pictures. You will see it.

They provide the room in basmet and the room was very dirty even the blankets are used ones and the door also not properly locked and washroom is very unhygienic

The stay was fine overall, only thing was the water in washroom was very slow, force was very less.The staff and food was good.The room was neat and clean.The cupboards were a bit old but was ok, a bit maintenance would add more pleasing touch to it.

Pros: Good Bed, Room interior , Room Service and TV set. Cons : flooring is wooden and very old. It needs to be repaired/ replaced. The toilet flush was not working. AC unit was also very old. Worst experience
The shower wasn't working with the required force. Shower gel was affixed near the shower; instead, it was kept near the wash basin. Had complained the reception twice but no resolution on top of that there were lot of mosquitos on the last night couldn't sleep well.

There is no window in room so it was claustrophobic to spend time there. Rooms are very decent. Rest was ok.
