View from the balcony is serene and all the staff’s are helpful and quick, room and bathroom size is quite large and you get great value for your spends

This is an excellent place to stay if are looking for some quiet time. The view from the rooms are majestic. We were in a semi suite room, but the rooms with balcony are just as good. (don't stay in a standard room. It is a loss) the staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of there way to make you comfortable. The food is very good. Sometimes there is short supply of some items, but uf you are flexible, they'll make up for it by cooking off-menu items of your choice. This is 11 kms before munnar. But just as beautiful. The forest area starts just below the balcony of our room, and we spent an entire evening watching dozens of species of birds. Highly recommend for people who want to spend a few peaceful days away from the hustle and bustle of our cities.

The stay was very comfortable, neat rooms, good food and very prompt room service. The view from the room was amazing and the staff was extremely courteous. A great experience.

Stayed for a night and it was an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. The hotel has an amazing view and to make it better rooms come with a balcony. The services are excellent and people are friendly. Highly recommended. The taste of the food served was top notch. Overall it is worth the money you spend.

It was a lovely stay with tea village hotel. Food was ok and the room were big and clean. Staffs were very helpful. Above all the view from the balcony was simply awesome fall in love with that and spend most of the time there only.

The hotel is located at a hill top. The views from the hotel are worth remembering for ever. We had booked a suite room which had a jacuzzi. The helpful nature and the hospitality of the all staff melted our heart. There after we were just flattered looking at the views from the balcony of our room. Clouds, chirping of birds and the western ghats in the front makes one feel as in heaven. The room was quite big and bathroom was huge actually with 5 star facilities. The jacuzzi experience was also great as we felt it for the first time. The food needs a special mention which was authentic and awesome. They serve ala-carte meals for lunch and buffet dinner. The buffet had a decent spread but lacked the authentic touch. We had ordered fish wrapped in banana leaves and fried ice cream for lunch, the taste of which still lingers in our tongue. All staff always had a smile on their face and they also offered us to see kuchipudi show just near to the hotel. It was a lifetime experience. I would recommend this hotel for a cosy, romantic stay with some heavenly views which one would remember for life. Only cons is that the hotel is situated on a hill top it would be very difficult to reach without a vehicle of your own.

I and my wife stayed at the property from 6th Sept to 9th sept 2022. We enjoyed our stay at the property. The view from the property is awesome. Food is also good. Staffs are very courteous, friendly and helpful.

It was an amazing stay in tea village, munnar. I planned a 2 day stay here with my mom and had a wonderful girls trip with special mention to the beautiful views provided by the resort. Thank you to all the staff of tea village from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping for the wonderful experience given. The safety aspect since we were 2 ladies alone traveling was also taken care by the resort in all respects.

They provided us with a suite room & the view from room was mesmerizing. I wanted to extend my stay badly as i was in love with the room but i was time bound to visit other destination. But will visit again surely.

Premium rooms are okay, but if you really want to enjoy the property go for semi suite or suite. They are at higher elevation and you get a better view of the valley. Cannot comment about the meals but the complimentary breakfast is good enough to get your day started positively.

We had a comfortable stay, the hotel staff was very supportive. The hotel is located outside the munnar town by approx 15 km but the views make up for it.
