Secluded and Serene !!
Wonderful location with breathtaking views of Gangotri Peak and Gangotri 1 Range of The Greater Himalayas. The staff is amazing and very professional, helpful and courteous. They go an extra mile to provide you. The property is very well located in deep forest in a secluded area yet very approachable and close to the main highway. The Rooms are spacious with all required facilities. The food is good. Can have a short hike to the sunset point.

Cheating by MM
It was clear cheating by MMT. The resort was not at all as described by MMT and moreover MMT charged more than double from what offline rates were. this place is in middle of no where and absolutely basic

Amazing stay with Stunning views
Our stay at Tehri Retreat was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The manager Mr Amit went out of his way to upgrade our room, which was such a pleasant surprise. The premium room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Nandi and Kedarnath hills from afar. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and every meal was a delight. The service was truly top-notch—every staff member was attentive, polite, and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Waking up to the serene beauty of the hills every morning was an unforgettable experience...this resort is the place to be! Highly recommended!

Good Stay
The stay, the view, the services everything was great. Room was fine, food was delicious. The person named amit at the reception was very sweet and friendly. However, the location was a bit remote and difficult to reach. But overall it was a great experience.

Mesmerising experience
groupView was good from the rooms and stay was clean. People were humble and good at hospitality. Overall it was a nice day experience for the whole group. Everyone liked the place.

Excellent Stay
The picturesque location of the property is simply breathtakingly stunning. We could watch the sunrise beyond the mountain ranges right from our balcony. The staff is very friendly and gives prompt services. Food was good and rooms clean. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends

Lack of facilities and amenities and overpriced
The place is amazing, but the property owners act very miser and miserably as they don’t offer water bottles there is no ac, there is no one at the reception ever. They over charge for the food. The road to the property is like so narrow actually there is no road it’s raw. Pols don’t go in wet or rainy times. Over priced as per the service they offer

"A Tranquil Escape: My Refreshing Stay
My recent stay at Tehri Retreat by HEL was truly a rejuvenating experience. The journey to the retreat demands a skilled driver due to the challenging terrain, but the effort is well worth it. Upon arrival, all traces of tiredness vanished as I was greeted by the mesmerizing view that unfolded before me. The rooms were cozy, providing a comfortable haven, while the cottages offered a perfect option for family trips. The ground staff impressed me with their politeness, kindness, and quick response to any room service requests. Every meal exceeded my expectations with its delicious taste, adding to the overall delightful experience. One of the most remarkable aspects of Tehri Retreat was the beautiful silence. There was no pollution, no honking, and no incessant chatter—just pure, calming silence. This peaceful environment provided the break I desperately needed. Please make sure to visit Tehri dam, keep extra pair of clothing to enjoy to the fullest Tehri Retreat has left a lasting impression on me, and I am already looking forward to visiting again in October 2024.
