Homely stay, food and service. Central location

Pleasant Stay at the hotel, Walkable distance from hotel to Church street and brigade road, Ambience is good, Breakfast was good and good for solo travellers who are travelling for couple of days ....Also hassle free check in and check out services.

Rooms are not good and charge is very high and not up to the mark. Found the stay by make my trip site and also charge for 12 hr. I just stay for 18 hr. They charge me 2 days charge and then additional room tax too

Stay at terrace gardens is nice & resembling the garden arrangement on the terrace to give a eco-oriented stay & comfort. Upkeep of the property is very nice & well maintained. Break-fast & food is like home made of our choice cooked on daily basis & healthy dietary. Overall it is a very good stay & comfort felt. Recommended for anyone who wish to stay away from routine spicy & junk food etc during their stay. All the best. Hope the above are sufficient for u.

Bed sheets and pillow covers were looking so dirty and full of stains. I wish there is an option here to upload the pictures i have taken. And to make our stay terrible they allocated a room close to the reception area and it was too noisy and we could not take proper nap even for ten minutes after our overnight flight. And after taking shower my hair become so stiff because of the chlorinated water. Though our booking was for four nights, within few hours we decided to vacate that place and move to another property

Room was okay. There were few mosquitoes at ground floor dining area. However, breakfast on terrace was good. Staff was polite.

It was in a great location. The breakfast was amazing. Simple home cooked food in a beautiful ambience, in the terrace. Very neat and well maintained garden. The bathroom can be upgraded. The shower cubicle was broken.

We are in love with terrace gardens. This is the third or fourth time we’ve stayed here and we have never been disappointed. The service remains outstanding and the quality of the rooms has always been excellent. The food was excellent as always. The location is great since it is close to shopping and great restaurants. The front desk staff, marry and gautam, go out of their way to help with any issues, and the owner, mars kausalya, is also very helpful. I see no reason why we should go to a large hotel when everything is better here. The cherry on the icing is the darling cookie, the owner’s who stole our hearts.

I had very bad experience with the rooms. Rooms were stinking and the bed sheet was not at all clean.

Lovely stay and cute place. Room was a little dusty and felt a little old. Ac was a little confusing to get started. Blankets need to be better

Overall a nice and warm place to stay. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Clean and tidy rooms. Good breakfast offered.

Food was so yummy and it was served with proper hygiene. I really liked the cleanliness of the room and washroom. I enjoyed my stay over there.
