Review Of Thaj Regency

The room was very compact, just a small window, narrow passage to the bathroom. The sink did not have a pipe, the taps were old and rusty. There was a big glass window, but it couldn't be opened. I found it very hard to sleep at night. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

the room ceiling was broken and the fan had sound and no control for the fan and not a clean room, looking like a platform

None of the amenities were provided which the app showed like driking water bottles, daily house keeping etc

I stayed at Thaj Regency for one night . My room is cheap . The hotel is good looking from outside but innerside is not so good . The condition of bathroom is very poor . The behavior of workers are good . Most of all cheap and good .

Room clean bathroom is is good. Frndly staff bus stop all nearest railway station. Overall good

The staff was very rude they clearly mentioned that just because we have booked hotel they will not provide any service they denied in providing hot water... drinking water extra mattress blanket and infact the room was not even clean I was traveling with a toddler and was mistreated

stay at this property was horrible as i hd checked in 930pm. although i hd informed property well in advance regarding my delay check in. when i checked in , i was directed to a room, which was full of mosquitos and no Toletoties, bed sheet/blanket towel etc were there. when i approached the person at reception, he arrogantly said that u have paid only for room. if u don't like the room and require towel bed sheet etc then u cancel the booking and go somewhere else. i asked him that has assured all these things in vaoucher, he said no need to talk to me. when i connect customer care(Mr Mohan), he tried to help me professionally as well as a human being also but hotel owner fistly refused and secondly after a long efforts when he assured rep that he will provide, he didn't provide anything (only a dirty bed sheet provided which couldn't b used). As i was travelling with my family and i hd no other option in rainy night to go somewhere but early morning i checked out 0700 hrs.

Full amount paid in advance. But room not allotted by the hotel authority. So. Please arrange to repay my amount. Very much upset of the behavior of hotel.

The bathroom is unhygienic and the room is not safe, because the door is broken. It's a waste experience for me

Rooms on top floors with no lift. Receptionist is the worst person and even the rooms were not clean. Nothing in the room only bed and bathroom without jet and sink.

Such a worst room i haven't seen ever not clean, beads and pillows are such a nasty and bad smell and mainly bathroom was without door and all the windows are having holes and more mosquitoes. I have never stayed like this room ever such a very worst and terrible room

Team mmt, please remove this property from your list. It is absolutely horrendous. The room was dirty, washroom was not clean.

Very bad experience when entering the t haj regency, because they denied the booking and asked for an extra rs. 500, after an argument and complaint to you they accepted. Also, i don't know what problem they are creating when i checkout time.

Overall cleaning is good. Wifi is working fine. Staff is cordial

Don't book this hotel by seeing the photos the hotel is exactly opposite to what's shown in photo. Staff is very rude. Don't want to help at all. Its not a hotel it's a dumpster very very bad room.

Not cleaning the room and bathroom. Extra after check out time and extra charge. Per hour full day charges and worst hotel.
