From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated to exceptional service. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and efficiently guided us through the check-in process. While we completed the formalities, our room was being prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. As we exited the lift, we were greeted by a picturesque view and a cozy sitting area, perfect for relaxation. Our room was immaculately clean, with a constant supply of hot water, making our stay truly comfortable. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a delightful presentation. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and we appreciate the hotel's efforts in making our visit memorable. Thank you for a wonderful experience....

I recently stayed at this facility on Aug 12-13, 2025, for an official trip, and found it to be a great option for a short transit stay. t's near to lulu mall, st George's church, and edapally metro station. Although the hotel doesn't have an on-site restaurant, they do offer a complimentary breakfast in the dining hall on the ground floor, which was a nice touch. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well-maintained, with a functional worktable and all the essential amenities. The overall setup was convenient and comfortable, making it a suitable choice for a brief stopover. Overall, I'd recommend this place for its cleanliness, basic amenities, and complimentary breakfast, making it a good value for a short stay.

I had a pleasant short stay at Hotel Thayamkery Royal Inn. The room was well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed, study table, and TV. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was decent, offering a variety of options. Overall, it was a nice experience. The only downside was being charged for early check-in, which I felt could have been handled better.

1-there was no room service even though it's mentioned in the booking unless they have a different meaning of room service. 2-Hot water was not available. 3-in the absence of room service, we ordered from Zomato, but the plates requested to the hotel were charged at the rate of Rs. 10 per disposable plate. 4- bathrooms were not clean, saw cockroaches. also they don't have the concept of tissue papers. 5- while booking the room, IT was mentioned there was a balcony with city view, we could not see either the balcony or the city. overall not so great experience.

Good location, easy access transportation. Staff's behavior is extremely good and polite. You get a breakfast call every morning around 8AM and breakfast menu is mostly same everyday. They clean room every day. To the management: Bedsheets conditions are poor and bathroom too. Leaky faucet and shower head are dirty.
