The rooms are clean and spacious. House keeping is efficient. Staff at reception is helpful. The linen and towels are changed daily

Location good, rooms bathroom door fittings not working, other bathroom fittings are defective other service is also average. Average, door fittings n bathroom fittings are defective. Dood quality is also average.

Poor Stay

Hotel just take over by someone. And facility is not ready upto satisfactory even. Hair oil pouch, iron not available. Only poha, idli & watermelon available in breakfast. Breakfast area was very much dirty. Common bath and toilet for room.

Poor choice of hotel for business trips

While the hotel is strategically located on wagholi road, it’s not a great place if you are on a business visit or even if you are with family. The hotel infra is poorly maintained. My tv was not working as the tata sky subscription was inactive, the manager on duty expressed inability to activate it, also had to remind for towels to be given. Restaurant is not very helpful as it is active for limited hours. I had to insist a lot with the manager even to get empty plates, spoon and bowl delivered to my room
