I searched for a hotel stay around egmore and chose to go for the ambassador pallava. I am happy that i made the right decision. From the convenient location to it's ambience to delicious breakfast and courteous staff, everything offered by the hotel will surely repeat and recommend. Keep it up

Beautiful heritage hotel

My stay at ambassador hotel was a lovely experience which started with apprehension about facilities about the hotels. The stay was wonderful beyond my. Expectation. I stayed in heritage wing where the hotel management has done renovation work while retaining the heritage charm of thr hotel. The hotel lobby and corridors are decorated with traditional handicrafts enhancing it's traditional charms. The heritage room was decently decorated with their original furniture and decoration. But the lcd was outdated as it neither had hindi channels nor had digital set box to make it smart tv to log-in to ott. The food was very good with perfect ratio of spices and staff was extremely courteous who made best efforts to give best hospitality. The make my trip gave me an excellent package deal due to which i could do early check in and late check out which was very useful. I will definitely go back to them in my future visits to chennai.
