Wonderful experience, i loved the hospitality and the lady who owns the place prepared and planned wonderful food for everyone, would love to visit again! All the recipes were 100% delicious and authentic!

Property location is little bit remote. If someone is traveling without a own or hired vehicle than they have to walk little bit. Food and staffs are very good. Amenities are also nice.

My stay in this hotel was amazing! The owner and the staff were very welcoming and very hospitable. Room was excellent with enough facilities. Food was really good no doubt, they even offered me the complimentary dish which was a tasty home backed pastry... that was a very sweet gesture of theirs. l appreciated it👍 Overall, this is the place l would love to visit again may be with my family next time and l would recommend all my friends and family members about this place if they plan to visit in future. Thank you hotel Arbour Inn for the amazing experience in my Shillong trip.

Had a wonderful stay at the arbor inn. We arrived quite late due to puja traffic. They were courteous enough to stay put for till our arrival and served us a delightful and filling dinner. Special thanks to mars maxi e and ms sash a and her team for making arrangements for an early breakfast as per our request. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The hospitality was commendable. Caring people who decided everything with utmost care and concern while planning the hotel. Food was really good. Location was bit on the kachha road rest everything was 10 on10.

I stayed over here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are awesome and well maintained. Greseyer at the bathroom, they also give complementary snacks and good 2 glass bottles for water. The location of the hotel is also good, away from the hustle and bustle from the road. Breakfast and dinner are served over here, and the taste of it is quite good. They don't have lunch facilities, but you can have sandwiches and other snacks. People over are also very good and friendly, they have good contact for cabs for local visits. People choosing this place will definitely enjoy.

Very clean and excellent food. The hospitality is amazing! my only concern was they have very harsh on their rates when we want to continue even after staying for more than four days. My only suggest or advice would to be little flexible with the guests while negotiations.

It was such a nice hotel to stay. I had stayed in lots of hotels during my whole life all over india even in abroad but i didn't had such a nice experience like arbor inn. Service is too good, behaviour of all the staffs are very good, food was good. I tried to give tips to one staff for helping me but he denied to take the tips. First time i have seen such an honest staff. There is nothing to complain about this hotel

Rating: 5/5 stars it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment i arrived, i was treated like royalty by the friendly and attentive staff and owner. My room was a stunning with a nice balcony view. The decor was elegant and modern, with a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, and top-notch amenities. The room was immaculately clean, wooden floor, and the turndown service was a lovely touch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, from helping me with dinner reservations to providing recommendations for local attractions. The standout feature of my stay, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and anticipatory, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence are truly impressive.

Very proactive staff! place was a little hard to find but they ensured beforehand that we wouldnt have any difficulty. The hotel is very nice, gives homely vibes. The staff makes all the difference. Owners are nice and always helpful. They have good food as well. Price is decent, but they make the say worth it! definitely coming back

Arbour Inn was very neat and clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous n polite. The owner herself was present during dinner time and asked everyone how the day has gone. The breakfast was very good served with fruits, etc. Room service was fast and there was no delay. Strongly recommend the place to future visitors.

Excellent Hospitality, Clean and Quite Elegant, Peaceful Location. I admire there care for nature, commitment to 0 plastic. Water bottles placed with glassware than conventional use and throw. Loved the food, care and you would be amazingly surprised the owner serves food personally at the table. Never imagined to have such a nice home made food while traveling exhausted. Simply loved it and recommend a must drop budgeted but still excellent one. One thing I liked more true women empowerment. Every staff is so courteous, caring and professional. Will love to be here again if time permits to visit Shillong again.
