This is really a Heritage Property/Resorts. We have taken 3 rooms there, all rooms are well furnished. We have really enjoyed over there, if we will visit next time Kanpur or coming some body else, we will definitely recommend to others. Very nice property.

Great place with such great ambience. Great food both veg and non veg .. Only little problem with room service. Overall must go if you are visiting Kanpur. Location is peffect for Cricket lovers as only 3 to 5 minute walk to Green Park stadium ...

The hotel is nice and cozy. But very unorganized and laid back staff. Very careless. The reception staff did not give my photo id back after copying. I too missed it so had to come back to pick it up. Missed my train. So missed my flight too. Huge loss because of them. I really had to pull out a simple sorry from The manager's mouth. He was not even helpful to get me a cab to Delhi. If he had acted on time I could have got The flight.

This property is to be treated like a guest house type facility, not a full service hotel. However, staffs are cooperative. Option from food is either from a restaurant mocha, which has a rear Side entry also from The hotel) or may avail in house dining options by cook engaged in The owner s house. We opted for The latter. Good choice for a short stay. Location is very near to Zsquare mall and Naveen market.

British old look with modern facility

Our stay at Attic was very pleasant. Since the venue was also in Civil Lines we dint have any problem commuting to the place given the traffic jams at every corner of city. The look and feel was old time British and we enjoyed our breakfast in their sprawling green garden!

The room is excellent . Has the colonial look . Location is also in the prime area. Very peaceful and calm atmosphere . Like you're at home . Providing kettle and tea and coffee would have been nice . Service is also good. Have very good restaurants near by and also the main market of Kanpur are all in 1 km surroundings. Overall very good experience. We love to stay gain.

Great hotel with good staff. Zero interference. Rooms are clean an up to date. Enjoyed my stay there. Centrally located. One of the best mall is nearby. Easily accessible from railway station and bus stop. Staff is courteous and always ready to help you.

Hotel is awesome but it is for away from industrial area. Staff are well mannered and service is also good but need some improvement. Improvement required in breakfast also. Food is awesome ... As a home.

Don't pay more than 2, 000 a night for this place. It would be good to request a front room. They look interesting and furnished in an old, artistic style. If you get a back room, it liveable but less than basic. The floor did not feel clean to bare feet. Staff are nice. Garden is nice. Location is good. Breakfast was also good. The bathroom is large if that helps!

The food was good, staff was very warm but the place needs overhaul. The property is very well located and has an excellent restaurant next door call mocha. It will help if some attention is paid to the interiors.

The room was good, neat and spacious. Location was superb. The only problem was food that was pathetic. Hotel staff were highly unprofessional. It's more like a home stay not a hotel.

This hotel is for those who love old charms. It reminded me my childhood memories. It's an big old mansion converted into an hotel by the owner and they still lives their. Food was good and very homely as it's cooked in the same owner kitchen. Good garden and away from the crowded area. If you love old charms you will love the hotel. Staff is decent. Also near to Z Square Mall. There can be few things which might not be so perfect In hotel but the ambience and rawness will compensate for sure.

They should either close this hotel or think of improving the facilities. They have denied giving bills and was asking us to get the bills from where we had booked the hotel. Ridiculous!!! No housekeeping staff, rather one active person who was taking care of reception, housekeeping, kitchen and every thing. If you have withed old hindi movies in which in a Dak Bunglow there was one Raju... You can visit and experience the same.

Good homely cooked food, sprawling lawn, near to market and z square mall . Quite cLm place in the heart of city. It is my second visit to city. Last time stayed here for one week. This time 4 days. Good hotel

Nice room, location is good, 3. 6 km from railway station and is near to z square mall where you can find good food. Have a walk in lawn in the evenings. If you like old world charm then it is for you if you don't stay away

Room was large but not well maintained. Towel was not clean enough. Room and bathroom have telltale signs of poor maintenance. Staff is indifferent and not keen on serving customer and have complete lack of warmth. Hotel is too pricey for what it is offering.
