Electric supply stop after we hv enter and changed room after shouting at reception...not happy with the service

Stay was very nice. Two things where the team needs to work- daily room cleaning service must be available and a towel was not provided to us even after requesting a towel. We did not try any meal or breakfast there so no comments for food.

The service was good, and the hotel staff were polite. Bastion Hotel is very useless because they don't provide service on time and when I got the room they did not provide anything in the room, no insect repellent, no water bottle and no buffet in breakfast.

Loved the food and overall experience.

Food very good however the manager at restaurant served plates of lunch before we reached to the restaurant roti were bit hard about the stay very good reception house keeping and managers at the hotel were really helpful

Property is well maintained with easily accessible location. food of in house Restaurants is also fine.

Good and comfortable stay along with professional staff. location is nice near to Bus stand for easy travelling access.

No Water Spray for commode, no toiletries in the bathroom, rooms are very small just like pigeon box, charging amount for extra bed although in the package
