Our family had a great time at bell mount hotel in mussoorie. The rooms were cozy with a lovely view of the kempty falls. The staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. The hotel had everything we needed, and the location was peaceful. It's a perfect place for a relaxing holiday in nature with family and friends.

Disappointment and waste of money

Honestly except the view there was nothing that i felt great about my stay. The room was not clean. Bedsheets were stained. The bathrooms ran out of water had a terrible experience with the manager as he was procrastinating the urgent need of water supply. No room service. No water bottles in the room, one must purchase their own. If you want to rent a vehicle better do your own research as they lie about the charges. In the name of toillitaries a 10 gram of soap was provided. Honestly it was a pure disappointment. I wasted 3 hours just to get the water running in my washroom.

Bel mount hotel is the worst hotel in mussoorie. There is no any room service and hotel staffs misbehaved with us. We asked for room service and they have replied that who told you to book this hotel. Hotel manager very baldy shouted on us and giving us threaten that we are outsiders. They have not provided anything in hotel, no any towel, no any soap and even there was no any electricity in room. Very very bad we can't explain how much worst staff and service they have.
