Fantastic getaway at birchwood retreat resort !

I recently stayed at birchwood retreat resort, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, my furry friend and i were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. It was such a relief to find a resort that not only allowed pets but genuinely catered to them. The resort grounds were beautiful, offering plenty of space for both humans and pets to enjoy. We loved the designated pet-friendly areas, where my dog could run and play freely. The plantation walking trails were perfect for our daily strolls, offering scenic forest views that we both enjoyed. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with pet amenities, making it a cozy and welcoming space for both of us. They do provide customised pet food during your stay, however they do charge for the same. The staff was incredibly attentive and always had a smile on their faces. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and it was clear they genuinely cared about both their human and pet guests. They do have few 4 legged friends always roaming the property, so don’t forget to meet them as they are super friendly. Overall, our stay at birchwood retreat resort was wonderful, and i highly recommend it to anyone traveling with their furry companions and looking for an adventure around their plantation. We can't wait to come back for another relaxing and enjoyable stay" -

Very nice place in a coffee plantation. The rooms are really spacious and food is good. Breakfast has decent spread. Food place for kids as well. All the staff are very helpful and courteous.

The Birchwood retreat was a very pleasant stay right on kushalnagar - madikeri highway . The place was exceptionally decorated for year end festivities. We also enjoyed the meals at the place 🙂 the staff were polite and very helpful. Recommended for families and friend groups!.

The stay was comfortable and the location is absolutely serene and well connected to the road. The food was delicious and the staff was cooperative too. Special mention of the coffee we received as a welcome drink in the resort was amazing. Special thanks to mmt for the seamless booking and cancellation process in an emergency. We had a great experience booking through mmt every time until now.

It’s a beautiful coffee plantation stay with your pets. The cottages and rooms are very elegant and is a different experience to stay amid-st nature. The staff is also good.

Our stay at birchwood was too good. The service was nice, staff were pleasing. Tandoori items were amazing. Breakfast spread was too good and there were enough variety for south indians. The room given to us had a private seating garden and it was well maintained. We would definitely recommend this resort, come here and experience it.

The resort is surrounded by forest, natural flora and fauna. It's clean and well maintained. The rooms are beautiful. The best part is the balcony from where the view is mesmerizing. The food served in the resort is also delicious. Their service is the best. Everyone was very much helpful and was serving with smile.

We stayed from 8th July to 10th July 22 - 2 days in the pool view room. The room provided was excellent. They have quite a few cottages spread around the property which are excellent as also pool view and garden view rooms. The garden view rooms face the garden and have a major problem with the sound coming from the highway running close. The pool view rooms face the swimming pool and are value for the per day we spent. Breakfast spread is limited but good enough. The dining room seemed quite small. It was raining intermittently the whole day so we could not use the swimming pool but used the tt and billiards table extensively. The trip was good and we enjoyed our stay at birchwood.

The property is green and peaceful. Difficult to find properties surrounded by nature. The only thing which we felt missing was a 24 hour menu. If dinner is missed, there is no way to get food.

The property is well maintained and the service is good. The 3 BHK villa with a proper kitchen was a bliss for preparing baby food. It's like living in the woods, don't expect hill view. Overall our stay was satisfactory!
