First of all ,
At the time of check in , the receptionist denied that they didnt have our booking details as they have currently an marriage occasion is running .
After about 15-20 minutes, they agreed to give us the 2 room's . When we checked in the rooms, they are not even well managed and organised . The amenities mentioned are not even provided by hotel like ironing board /iron , kettle , refrigerator & Minibar, Free Wi-fi,
Toiletries etc . There are total 60+ Amenities were mentioned over there but only few are present there. Everytime we need anything , we need to call reception to get those items .
Even geyser of one room was not working , but the workers are not even in a situation to listen this . As per them , one day before guest stayed there and geyser were working fine , i dont what happen today.
Even one time one of the representative told me that you are the pne who is asking us for all these . No body asked us them regarding all these facilities .
This is truly the terrible experience at The Bliss .
Please make your standard as per what mentioned at the time of booking the hotel . We payed close to 6000 for 2 rooms which was not at all worthy for this hotel .
