This is one of the best properties i ever stayed in palampur. Very beautiful location, neat and clean hotel. Being rainy season and so many rains, the property was so clean and smelling so good. The rooms were very very clean, well maintained and so was the whole area inside the hotel. The staff was super friendly, nice, helpful and so is the restaurant in the hotel. Nice food, ambience, wonderful staff. This can definitely be considered to stay.

Property location is good. The food is good too & the hotel staff are courteous. I have stayed here many times. In case there is a problem, they try their best to sort it out.

Room was wonderful & spacious. Staff was helping and courteous. Room service is little sluggish, but ok. Evening at terrace restaurant is good. But, guest should get the seats reserved in advance, else they will not find space in outdoor on the weekends. Overall experience is good

Super clean, large and spacious rooms. Hotel is on the palampur - dharamshala main road, so no issue at all in driving. View from room is superb with snowy mountains, even in the month of may.

Good location. Food quality and quantity is satisfactory. Terrace restaurant is having amazing view. Staff is not dynamic. Ambience is very good

It was a great stay at the property, breakfast was very healthy and delicious, services was excellent. I left my 70k apple ipad in the room and checked out and left the property and right after 1 hour i got called by hotel staff and told that i left my ipad there, i am really thankful to the entire hotel team.
