Not a pleasant experience

This is to provide feedback on our recent stay at this property from 31 may - 2 jun e 2024. Unfortunately, our experience over the weekend was far from satisfactory, and i wanted to bring several issues to everyone’s attention: maintenance and cleanliness: the property was nicely built but poorly maintained, but we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the pool water. Despite our hopes for a refreshing swim, the water was filthy and appeared to have not been cleaned from last few weeks or months. When forced to change water, it took full day and night to empty pool and fill again ( not fully empty). Our first day gone waste and next day at 12 water was filled at par level and not filled fully and to add in it there is no way to refill or put fresh water again. This not only detracted from our overall experience but also raised concerns about hygiene maintained by them. We sincerely hope that the management takes immediate action to address this issue amenities: towels were not changed and there was no shower gel provided. The tap and shower were broken. Service and staffing: there was no dedicated caretaker; the cook attempted to manage all services, in which he failed miserably. Basic groceries were missing from the kitchen. Electricity and comfort: the electricity supply was inadequate. During power cuts, the generator was not switched on despite prolonged outages in extreme heat (35-45 degrees celsius. Food quality and availability: the food items mentioned in the menu were not provided as promised at the time of booking. The limited food items that were available had a minimal taste. We were quite disappointed with our stay and believe these issues significantly affected our experience. We hope you can address these concerns for future guests.

The property is extremely beautiful, location, amenities, everything about the house is 10/10. The caretaker and owner have bad coordination though, the caretaker has to take permission for the smallest asks in the house (like opening the tv room, owner was slightly rude, and will over-communicate on calls.
