Review Of The Byke Puja Samudra Pure Veg

1. Bed bugs 2. AC remote not working 3.luggages kept in the wrong rooms by attenders 4. In house restaurant s has no staff to attend to your orders. 5. The lift mechanism in the hotel is ancient one.

The Pros : 1. The staff were very helpful and polite. 2. The washroom was big, airy and clean. 3. The hotel was on the main road and very easily accessible. The Cons : 1. I had booked a room with an attached balcony but my room had no balcony. 2. The room had no ventilation because the windows were sealed. Unless the air-conditioning was switched on, there was no ventilation. 3. The white bed sheets and towels, though washed maybe, looked shabby and were yellowish. 4. I had ordered one meal only, of roti and aloo-gobi, but the subzi was very bad and only half-cooked. 1. had booked a room with an attached balcony, but there was no balcony. 2. T

Lack of professionalism. After asking for towels or anything they were taking more than half an hour. Also we tried calling multiple times to remind them about the things like towels and all then they were disconnecting call. Food quality at the restaurant was good but nobody was responding properly Even while having our lunch we were moving from our chair to call person so that we can order further chapati or paratha. Also operation head's mathematics was so poor that he added extra charges for what we did not order. I think it was all bcz it was off season. If it is so then they should shut down the hotels during off season.

hotel is near beach. very neet and clear. food quality is very nice and hygienic.. property is new and maintained. Amenities are wonderful.

Not Happy with the stay. While booking you people projected it as a Super Delux Room. But Room and property was average only and cable TV was not in working condition, in both rooms. I had informed them, but they won't rectified it, for the entire stay of ours. Toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap, Dental kit etc was not there and served on my demand, that too one tooth brush per room. We had booked 2 Rooms for 2 days and there was total 5 persons stayed and they served only one kit per room..! Like vise there was No Tea bag, coffee and Sugar saches and they served it on my call on each day, that too 2 number of saches of each items for both rooms. There were No Refrigerator, as shown in the fecilities list, in both room. Bathroom floor was clean but walls are patchy and no wall tiles in some spaces. AC outlet was leaking in the balcony and was not in condition to use the balcony. Either The depth of the pool was not sufficient for Adults nor the length. I doubt the cleanliness of the pool, as we felt itchy after spending 10-15 minutes in the water and we left it immediately. This was the first experience for me and family, as we were regular travellers for so many years..! Pool was also an average one and maintenance was pathetic. Only posetive thing I had felt was, the behaviour of Cleaning staff and day time lady receptionist, they are very friendly and supportive. Night time receptionist and service boys were horrible. I will not suggest this property for any one, at any cost. Make my Trip should be aware of their clients and fecilities they are providing or may loose their customers like me, in future.

Best budget stay for north indian persons as well as vegetarian persons in respect of food quality.

Superb experience in less budget.location is superb and brakefast tasty

Location is near to Samudra beach and samudra park, but access to it was not a neat place. The rooms smelled and had issues due to rain water seepage. Veg food was ok as the kitchen was understaffed. Swimming pool was well maintained, but noone was enforcing rules or timing. But staff were friendly and supportive.

Hi, We wanted to stay next to beach and thought the stay is super cool. It’s too dirty, very old rooms with lizards. There was no basic facilities like toiletries, water bottles. There was no one to carry our luggage to room from reception. Horrible stay

location is superb, just 100-150 meter from beach. Parking is not available inside hotel, but ample parking is available outside gate. Food was very good, we enjoyed complementary breakfast and dinner. Hotel is having swimming pool which was clean and table tennis facility as indoor game. Garden is also there, but seating facility near garden is not there which can be improved. Room along with bathroom was big enough. It was clean, but interior like table chair can be further improved.

The location and facilities in Byke Samudra were very good.. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, air conditioned and very clean.. We had breakfast on two days which were good and hygienic.. The ambience of the property is very very good..

It was an average experience in Byke Puja. Rooms can be even more cleaner. Toilets were average. Bathroom tap water was very thin. There was no pressure in any of the taps. Food was good.

Property is close by to Samudra beach. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is good for veg people. Overall it's a nice stay at Byke Resort. Kids enjoy the pool. Hospitality is good.

Nice place to stay with family. Staff are very friendly. Delicious vegetable food. Jain food is available. Even though rooms are clean and some of them needs little maintenance.

Perfect location, walkable distance to lighthouse beach and sea view restaurants were very good

The room was pathetic. The fittings in the washroom were leaking. The lift was not working made too much noise even during the nighttime.

For the amount of 3k rupees, it is not worth it for its ambience, the building looks old and the maintenance quality of the room is poor with a bad smell
