Location is best as nearer to bus stand. Food is very good

was very upset with the property as the room that was allotted was very bad and had heavy dampness with lot of smell and no hot water at all. very disappointed request make my trip for refund

Except the approach road, every thing else was excellent. Staff was very polite, food was good, room and other services were also good.

Pros: The hotel’s location is its main advantage — it’s very close to the main market, making it convenient for shopping and local travel. The in-house restaurant serves good food, and it’s great that they also offer Jain food options. Cons: Unfortunately, the property does not live up to its 4-star rating. Parking space is very limited, and even finding the place is confusing since Google Maps is not accurate for this location. The rooms were in very poor condition with clearly noticeable cleanliness issues. Housekeeping service was extremely slow — we had to call nearly 20 times and still waited over an hour before anyone arrived. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and the management really needs to improve maintenance and service standards.

We recently stayed at The Byke Shanti Villa, Mahabaleshwar, and unfortunately, our experience was not as expected for a leisure trip. If you are planning a peaceful and comfortable family stay, I would advise reconsidering this property. The major concern was the construction – the rooftop is made of roofing sheets, which create a lot of disturbance during rainfall. The sound of rain hitting the sheets is extremely loud, making it very difficult to sleep at night. This really took away from the relaxation we had hoped for. Additionally, the rooms do not offer any scenic views. The windows open towards the inner side of the hotel and are covered with plastic sheets, which feels very closed-in and disappointing, especially at a hill station like Mahabaleshwar where views are a key attraction (pictures attached). Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a leisure stay with family and children. There are certainly better options in Mahabaleshwar that can provide comfort, peace, and a true holiday experience.

Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The overall stay and hospitality was amazing. Food was super delicious and Jain food quality was top notch. Location is excellent and just walkable distance to Main market. Manager Abul and Bhagwanji plus the all hotel staff were super helpful, served us with graciousness.

Resort was at great location and one can walk down to market and eateries. Breakfast spread was also good and restaurant team was professional. MMT showed booking in super deluxe room but deluxe room was provided and when confirmed staff mentioned its the super deluxe room. Location 10/10, food 7/10, hospitality8/10, room 5/1. It was a great experience staying at the villa, peaceful all required amenities were available for a good stay.. Good hospitality by Abul, Sanjay and Maruti
