While booking it was never showed that renovation is happening in hotel , But at the time of checking they told me that renovation is going on , so no cutlery , No food , No telephone landline working. Even on bed cocroches are found & they also sleep with me , Room lights was not functional. I was so disappointed with this & also with MMT becaus how can they promot this kind of hotel on their platforms without any inspection.

worst hotel i was seen in my life... they are asking for extra money charges and even after paying full booking amount on make my trip... terrible staff there i was book hotel with gst around ... on check out they will ask for extra money charges receipt.

Hotel stay was good. Rooms were spacious. Hotel staff was cooperative. Improvements required for cleanliness at entrance & room service for food is required. But overall experience was good.

Whatever amenities shown it wasn’t there, service is poor. Few staff members are not cooperative

There is no sufficient staff as well intercom is not working. Staff was not responding to our requests.

The mattress and cleaning is very bad and old

I booked the hotel last minute. The hotel rooms were neat and clean. There was some foul smell in one of the room which slightly hampered the experience. But overall it was a decent stay The overall stay was good. Rooms were clean and staff was helpfull.

It was a good one for me. I recommend it for anyone with families also. They are very good
