Review Of The Campollian Club

We had recently stayed & booked total 8 rooms Including Breakfast+Dinner for group of total 16adults + 3Childs for 2 Days but our expierence at this property is totally disappointing because Including Food Quality, Room Service etc not upto the mark means they are just interrested in earning money Instead Not to give Satisfactory Service to the Customers. I just Want to Say Everyone that Please don't Booked this Property on the basis of Photos.

The resort had polite staff but everything else was pathetic. The resort is in desperate need of renovation. Rooms had majority of things broken, chair and chair pillow had stains cupboard had foul smell we had to change the room but all rooms had this problem food was also bad, powdered milk in tea and coffee restaurant had only few things available from menu bar did not had beer, any beer and only had 2 drinks ! in play zone, fuse ball was broken, snooker sticks were bent, chess broken, ac partially working swimming pool water caused rashes to child

The place is beautiful but the management was not proper. The food is quite delicious.

We got downgraded rooms instead of luxury cottages that we paid for. The tent cottages were ok and not worth the price. Room service was next to zero. Our room basin had choked and even after multiple requests nobody arrived even till our checkout time. The food was pathetic lacking taste and variety. Edible is the word to describe the best. Overall, the resort did not meet our expectations and will give it 2/5 stars

Location is good. The resort is situated adjacent to a series of mountains giving a scenic experience. You can also go for a nature trail and visits fountains, night stay in a tent on a hill, enjoy the boot camp experience then the sun rise. Resort has primarily two kind of rooms, condos and tents, both are quite spacious with all essentials. The staff is responsive and friendly. The club has swimming pool with music system that you can connect your phone and play music, indoor play room (while we were their none of the ac worked, tennis court (badly maintained, beautiful maintained lawn. No kids play area. If you are staying in tent, be mindful of snakes that come with the territory. They have got a nice bar and restaurant, which is good. Breakfast and lunch was a disappointment. Bare minimum options (all veg. They also prepare jain food. You can order food from outside if you crave for non veg or little more spice in your life. Overall a mixed experience. So i would say 2. 5/5

It was not difficult to find this property. We reached there on time and as requested i got my cottage within 15 mins of time. The cottage was not as clean as it seemed. Stains on the wall, torn bed sheet, broken tables. Although the service was good but i expected a perfectly neat and clean property. Staff was helpful specially mr thapa (manager). Food was average. Location is quite impressive as its natural and surrounded by the mountains with the waterfall. Pool was not clean so i asked the staff to clean it before we used. There is a rain dance section which was quite a fun. Overall it was average a stay but bad keeping of rooms disappointed me.

Property is beautiful. This was my second visit. But this time i did not like the food. Minimum options in the menu card and some dishes were not available. We had breakfast in our stay. But there was no buffet spread. We were given 2-3 variety which were poha, toast and aloo paratha. Food was disappointing. But we don't have any other option because no one delivers on that location. Zomato and swiggy doesn't deliver there. Cottage was good and well maintained. But food is a big disappointment.

This estate is surrounded by big mountains with breathtaking waterfalls. Should visit during the rainy season. Enjoyed a tasty meal even it was veg, kudos to the amazing chef. Yes! they only serve veg food as this property belongs to jain. The view from the rooms was a bit frustrating for us. Can only see the next cottage wall with a toilet exhaust fan. They build a lot of room on the side with no view at all. Each and everyone was saddened while checked in and demanding a better room. They just have 5/6 rooms for a better view when i had enquired about the same, in that also they planted some trees to assured block the spectacular view. After wasting some time we found a better room with somewhat better or we can say open view. They asked me to pay extra for an upgrade as that room was pretty big. So, guys please note they made these big rooms tactfully to get an upgrade who is looking for some sort of view.

They purposely don’t give options for the best rooms and ask you to pay 1000 extra to upgrade. The rooms were clean and spacious however the walls had stains. The restaurant is pretty good the ambiance and food was extremely good though a little overpriced. The service and staff at the restaurant were good. I overall would rate 3/5.

It’s an awesome property with huge area, well maintenance and value for money.

Zero social distancing or use of masks by staff. Late checkin, rude receptionist who works in the day. Late lunch and breakfast. No staff available.

Nice place to relax in nature. Good cottages, very nice food specially for veg lovers only. Bar facility also for those who want to drink. Overall a good experience and lastly staff were toooo good.

Properly clean and sanitized cottages

Worst experience as soon as we entered the resort they took us to our room and the chair there was broken bedsheet was torn swimming pool was full of dead animals, very slow service at the hotel, half the things in the menu were not there.
The worst resort i have ever seen in my life will never visit such a resort worst experience.

The property is excellent in terms of infrastructure. The buffet breakfast was okayish. But the restaurant alongside serves good food though limited options. When we visited a private party was going on. So we had a very nada experience. The pool was occupied by them majority of the times and had to adjust as per their party needs. The music was constantly on that too at high decibels. Our tent was literally shaking. In-spite of complaining no major action was taken. Our heads actually started paining and we just had to sleep as we could not enjoy. In the middle of the bath the water supply went off. Also the court area was occupied by the party organisers. So we had to play badminton somewhere in rhea middle of the road. If you are visiting pease check if there is no private party. Because they conduct parties very often.
The was not much safety followed. Inf-act even the staff were not wearing masks.

I had heated abt the service and food of campolian. But the experience was worst. The staff service was pathetic. No response from there whenever u call them. Lazy bom they are.

The location was nice as it is adjacent to a hill. But the overall room and look and feel of the premise is average. Rooms outer structure looks like a tent like one. Interior of the rooms is nice. Food is good. Good place with respect to price. As it is on the cheaper side compared to sai river front

Food was not of the great quality also management failed to handle large number of customers. Many people are standing and shouting at staff as they made to wait so long
There was no checking at the premises to ensure safety of customers.
