My stay was peaceful as always, staffs are friendly and always ready to help. Talking about the room it was perfect same as we wanted. They provided all the basic amenities. Overall a great stay.

Amazing Stay and awesome staff, we were running late and reached the property around 1:30 but they all were awake and waiting for us they gave us a warm welcome which was very mesmerising for us. Overall experience was really good, if you are planning to stay in kufri you must opt for this property. Room were very clean and the view of mountains was really awesome from the hotel.

Really happy with stay at the char-vi retreat. Nice and clean room with balcony and mountains view. The food was excellent and the service and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

"hidden gem for breakfast and lunch in helsinki city centre. Excellent food, lunch 14. 90 eur/person, abundant salad buffet, 2 choices for a main dish. Tested chicken today, which was excellent. Great chef and excellent price and quality ratio. Cosy restaurant facilities

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and i like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great
