Amazing stay

The simple and easy check-in, payment and access were outstanding. I liked The staff's approach. Everything was exceptional. The amenities were lovely and did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The place was in quiet area although it was beautiful location.

The hotel room is good and clean. Stayed in a double room non ac. Everything is good but only problem with hot water which u have to take outside your room.

Room is not well maintained, full of mosquitoes, poor room service, need to ask each n everything, controlled thru reception. Only advantage, hotel situated in centre of the city, proximity to shopping & bus station.

There no one is cleaning the room on daily basis, no complimentary water at-least two half litter per day cost of 20 rupees. Think about the very common needs of the guest

They didn't provide blankets and towels. After repeated query, they provide us blankets. No hot water. For this amount, not worthy

Very bad experience

I booked an ac room for 1 night. 1. The location is in a very small crowded road it is very difficult to approach. 2. They didn’t provide any of the basics including soap, fresh towels, water bottles. 3. Hot water heater was not working in the room. 4. Blankets and bedsheet were too old and stained. Overall its only worth less than 1000, but i paid 2000 with tax in make my trip. Standard and quality is too poor for make my trip.
