The rooms were spacious and clean and the hotel staff was also polite, but the restaurant was not running so we had to go out to eat anything but there is one restaurant khamba ghani, which is very near to this hotel. Overall, the experience was good.

it's a nice and comfortable stay. we are the group of 8 and booked 4 rooms they give rooms all in 1 floor. we enjoyed a lot all staff is cooperative good property good location spacious room

Good Stay
The room was decent was the price but I would say it was a little expensive comparing to the stay location and amenities. But overall, I would recommend it.

Hotel locality was near to lake pinchola and most of the sites where to visit. But fews things were off about the hotel, washroom was not equiped properly even some of the hardware was also not working properly. They do have in house restaurant so that was a big problem with the hotel.

Poor Stay
familyHotel chronicles was not near lake pichola, quite far. There was no jacuzzi in any room of hotel, as mentioned in the voucher. Even the telephone shower of the bathroom of royal suite was not working. Wc of toilet was not cleaned after requesting room cleaning. Breakfast was pathetic every day, under-cooked ch-ole bhature etc. Thus overall i paid too much( highly expensive, for all the things which we didn't get !

Very bad experience
First of all the property is not nearby any lake nor the rooms are mountain facing. Pathetic room service. Washroom, towel and bed sheets are dirty. You can get better stays at mentioned price in the same area.

couplecleaning of the room and hotel is not good. The staff was refusing to change the bed sheet and pillow cover on.

The hotel was okay and the service was good, but the hotel tried to cancel the booking before check in in an effort to try to get us to pay more for the booking at the last moment. The hotel also tried to double charge another guest that was on a different booking. Don’t trust this hotel’s prices, they will try and charge more if they can.

We had a terrible time with the hotel. We reserved our room ahead of time with a nice deal and got a confirmation right away. But when we got there, they just canceled our reservation and said we paid too little and the price went up. They were so rude and nasty to us.
