Only drawback I felt was about restaurant Breakfast was good But not much options for vegetarians like us during lunch after noon and dinner

It was a wonderful experience for staying at this hotel. The hotel was perfect in all terms such as room, location, service and food. It would be a sure stay again here if I visit this place again. Thanks to the cooperative staff here with a great hospitality.

The hotel is one of the best in Kottayam. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. When compared to other hotels this hotel is very new with most modem facilities. The rooms are very spacious and well arranged. The front desk was very welcoming. The choice for breakfast is limited.

VERY GOOD hotel. Ideally located. Nice check-in procedure. Very fast and cordial. Good staff. Room is very clean and hygienic. New sheets and towels. Food is also good. It was a comfortable stay overall.

A real business class hotel

I was amazed to find such a modern hotel at Kanjikuzhy in Kottayam. It is ideally located on the main road and easy to find. The room are very contemporary with all modern amenities. The check-in and check-out was hassle free. The staff are extremely well behaved. I feel they should make a better effort with the free breakfast. Otherwise excellent choice in Kottayam!

Taste of food needs to be improved

Overall, the hotel is a 5-star except choice & taste of food which needs to be improved. The taste of a North-Indian style restaurant food was more like a South Indian vegetable. Tandoor items mentioned in the menu were not available. Also, roof top restaurant was closed. Also, a bar would add to the attraction of the hotel.

Had a good stay. Serene atmosphere. Less crowded. Gym facility is excellent. Laundry is too expensive, I did not check the rates before giving and was shocked to see the bill of 750 for a shirt/pant and set of undergarments.

Good ambiance. I got a very good deal from MakeMyTrip. Its very close to Railway station Hotel and Services are very good and value for money.Rooms are really good with all in place. They offered good food in their restaurant. Overall i had a good time in Chrysoberyl

Very good hotel with the heart of Kottayam. All the facilities are very nice and recommend it stay and I will choose in future too. Swimming pool fantastic at the sky. Food mouth watering. Cleaning oh very very neat

I loved the hotel, it's a new hotel with on a great location. The room was very comfortable, I felt it was worth the money I had spent. The lobby is quite attractive, I lost my key but then they didn't charge for it, quite pleasant staff and cooperative.

Need improvment on food

New hotel with good rooms, service needs improvement has to wait at least one hour for food and most of food items in the menu is not available. Front desk, service, housekeeping and all others are good, hope management rectify those things before my next visit.

Due to less occupancy, breakfast is on order basis and if your stay is for more than 1 day than you will feel bored as the menu is the same for all days.
