Awesome location, tasty food, well trained staff, clean rooms, overall value for money Most friendly and helpful staff ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. I would have left with a good impression.

This is a very good hotel. We enjoyed a lot with our family. Staff was courteous. Quality of food was awesome. Location from room was mesmerising. It is one of the best hotel in the town. Even the price which we got from make my trip was very reasonable during peak season. I recommend all to stay in this hotel.

Amazing experience, rooms, food, location, ambience, hospitality everything is just great. Had a great trip to Dharamsala and the best part was the stay at Citadel resorts. Wished to stay a bit longer. But vacation over.

Located a bit away from the main city, however its value for money and is a very nice hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and would recommend for all friends and families. Rooms are spacious and the balcony is the USP.

The hotel is situated at a very good location. You will have plenty of option to play like badminton, table tennis, pool, carom etc. The view is fantastic. All rooms have balconies/lawn. The staff is good and overall hospitality is excellent.

Its a good hotel and nice rooms. All was good. You can go ahead for the same. Its quite away from the city area and yes food was also good .. We stayed at Deluxe room and booked through makemytrip. Com. Overall a very good stay. Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience.

It is a great refreshing stay at the hotel. Location is lovely with a great valley view. Food is also great. Indoor activities keeps children happy. We all like the place and will visit again. A must visit peaceful place.

View is just too awesome mainly the sunset time, hotel staff is too cooperative and do weekly cleaning. I love this place and wish I will visit again Dharamshala and would stay there. Bonn fire and slow music was there

I love the location of hotel, and the surroundings. You can start you tracking from anywhere nearby, there are many such points to start it from. You can explore the village life in the nearby villages. At least 4-5 small waterfalls in the locality. Nearby monetary is situated on the hill-top with beautiful natural landscapes. You can explore the nearby Tea-gardens at Gopalpur, which is just 2-3 KM away from the hotel towards Palampur.

The owner of the hotel parul bharadwaj and the receptionist was very helpful and cooperative. The resort was well maintained, clean and the food was good. One can enjoygames like badminton, carrom and pool. They arranged colors and delicious sweets which made our holi more colorful

Slightly far from Dharamshala, hotel at very good & silent location. Near one hydro power plant. And very nice staff. Service fast. Food very good but slightly costly. Overall value of money, I visit this hotel in march 2017. But go with taxi or your own vehicle
