Excellent Stay
The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water, fresh linens, and a great selection of teas and coffee.

Poor Stay
location is not at all good. no easy conveyance available. it took to reach hotel to go to durgapur city. by adding extra, i could have stayed in more lavish hotel

A very pleasant cozy stay . excellent location. spacious room which we booked, delicious food , courteous staff members. cons 1. the room doesn't have mini refrigerator 2. the pool do not have floaters.

Super comfy and hygienic stay.
Food is great, hygiene is well maintained. Access to the hotel is also a pro. Staff is very professional.

Good Stay
Room service is not upto the mark. They have not given dental kits, shaving kits etc. later we’ve asked for the same and ultimately given. Complimentary breakfast menu was very bad. Even some whole fruits or fruit juices were not available. I think previously their service was good as ive stayed several times but now became very bad.

Room was good but only accessories in rooms were not available like toothkit,sleepers nd many more thing which was not available

Location food room everything was excellent according to the price,only thing was that swimming pool was under maintenance so we were not able to use that.Its a perfect staycation
