The place was really nice. It was hygienic and well maintained. The food was bit overpriced but the taste was quality was up to the mark.

Overall hotel was very good. Big beautiful and clean rooms. Tasty food. Excellent service. Remote location is the only drawback.

My stay at citi residency was absolutely amazing. The staff was good. The facilities were amazing, and the service provided was very helpful and great. I would recommend the citi residency for comfortable stay in durgapur area.

excellent stay.each staff of the hotel was perfect.rooms were more than what i thought.service was up to date.location is also nice.perfect for every occasion one line loved the interior, cleanliness, rooms, working people, surrounding of the hotel.this banskopa citi residenci is the best among all the citi residenci's in west bengal.will surely visit again.change this hotel to 5 star

Terrible Stay

The hotel administration is complety deaf and indifferent to customer's concerns. Political host frequent parties here, and the hotel will go to any lengths to keep them happy. We had to argue for half an hour at 2am in the morning for them to accept their fault and change our room because of the extreme loud music being played at their so called "party, where could be seen urinating openly on their lawns and swimming pool being completely drunk.
